We provide a sanctuary of healing through Helio Therapies, which are light and heat therapies designed to remove stress and toxins form the body.

Our location is also home to "the best kept secret in Tampa Bay" our little Tea House @ Raydiance Helio Spa & Wellness, which offers healthy, herbal and medicinal teas from aroudn the world. 

Our Wellness Center offers a variety of Yoga styles, Reiki, many Massage methods, the HCG Weight Loss program, acupuncture on the way, meditation classes, spiritual film circle and spirital book club, healing circles, healing arts classes, and bringing you more and more healthy options all the time.

Our Hyde Park complex hosts community events, wellness workshops, and a variety of daily classes.

Our "Green" Houses

Raydiance's Hyde Park address was built with 100 percent recycled materials, including flooring and interior decor. Raydiance Helio Spa & Wellness Centers offer green therapies for body and mind.  Owners Sandra and Steve Rossiter also own the Tea House @ Raydiance on the same property, which extends the Wellness Centers' classes and treatment rooms.

Our calendar of monthly events include a variety of Yoga classes, Reiki trainings, Reiki Yoga, Tea Tastings, a monthly Spiritual Film Circle, Spiritual Book Club, Healing Circles, Reiki Shares, Meditation classes, and more to come in the near future.
