Located on the Northeast corner of Howard and Cleveland, our new eco-friendly Wellness Center is nestled in the heart of historic Hyde Park just minutes from downtown, Channelside, and Ybor City.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM DOWNTOWN TAMPA: Take Brorein St. west into Hyde Park. Stay in the right lane, and after you pass Albany and then Westland, make a right into our parking lot directly before Howard Ave.

FROM BAYSHORE: Take Howard Ave north (past Platt), and take an immediate right into our driveway after you cross over Cleveland. Park anywhere in the lot.

FROM 275: Exit Howard/Armenia and turn onto Armenia (Armenia is a one way street.). Go approx 1.5 miles, pass Cleveland and make your next left onto Platt. Make a left at the light onto Howard Ave. Stay in the right lane and cross over Cleveland, make an immediate right into our driveway after the light.

FROM KENNEDY/DOWNTOWN: Heading West on Kennedy, turn left on Westland before the light at Howard Ave, (Westland is next to The Bungalow Restaurant). Go one block and make a right onto Cleveland, make an immediate right into our parking lot.

Our location in Tampa's Hyde Park district was built with environmental consciousness in mind. Many of the materials used for the construction of our location, including flooring materials and interior decor, are made from 100% recycled or environmentally-friendly materials.
